This policy explains what information Jahaz Tech (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it and what choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address and the message you write. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site secure and running.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies that identify you.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project with you.
• To keep records of our conversations if we go on to work together.
• To protect the website against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the website, such as our hosting provider and an email delivery service that forwards contact form messages to our inbox. They process information only on our behalf and only for these purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of that relationship and any records we are required to keep. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@jahaz.tech. We will respond as quickly as we can.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and the date at the top.
